My Name is Deacon James R. Plummer. Welcome to our web site. It is my pleasure to serve as the Parent Body President of the New Jersey State Baptist Deacons Convention. The New Jersey State Baptist Deacons Convention's mission is to serve the members of the convention by providing training for it’s members, and by exercising love, compassion, hospitality, and care. As our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ exclaimed in Matthew 23:11-12, "He that is greatest among you shall be your servant".

We are all about preparing saints for service through Worship, Prayer, Fellowship and Training.
